Executive Management

John Pagliuca, President & CEO

John Pagliuca brings over 20 years of leadership experience to his role, with a significant focus on the software and SaaS marketplace. John serves as chief executive officer of N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) and prior to that served as executive vice president of SolarWinds and president of SolarWinds MSP. He joined SolarWinds with the acquisition of LOGICNow, where he served as chief financial officer. Before joining LOGICNow, John was the vice president of finance and operations of GFI Software and before that, the vice president of finance for Airvana, a leading mobile data software company, where he played key roles in taking Airvana public in 2007 and pushing them over $500M in revenue prior to the company’s acquisition by a private equity firm in 2010. John holds a B.S. in Accounting from Babson College.

Mike Adler, Chief Technology and Product Officer

Michael Adler has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Product Officer, N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) since March 2021. Mr. Adler previously served as Chief Product Officer at RSA Security, a computer and network security company, from September 2020 to March 2021. Previously, he served as Vice President, Product at RSA Security from January 2016 to September 2020. Prior to joining RSA Security, Mr. Adler held roles at Constant Contact, Symantec, IMlogic and Switchboard, Inc. Mr. Adler holds an M.B.A. from Boston College and a B.S. in Math/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tim O'Brien, Chief Financial Officer

Tim O’Brien has served as our Chief Financial Officer since the completion of the separation and distribution from SolarWinds on July 19, 2021. Mr. O’Brien previously served as Divisional Chief Financial Officer, N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) beginning in April 2020 and as Vice President, Finance and Operations, N-able from May 2016 to April 2020. Mr. O’Brien joined SolarWinds with its acquisition of LogicNow in May 2016, where he served as Director, Finance and Operations. Prior to joining LogicNow, Mr. O’Brien held roles at Airvana and Teradyne. Mr. O’Brien holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University.

Frank Colletti, Chief Revenue Officer

Frank Colletti has served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) since April 2020. Mr. Colletti previously served as Group Vice President, Worldwide Sales, N‑able beginning in August 2017 and as Vice President Sales, N-able from September 2013 to August 2017. Mr. Colletti previously held roles at N-able Technologies prior to its acquisition by SolarWinds in 2013 and Solidum. Mr. Colletti holds a B.B.A. from the University of Ottawa.

Kathleen Pai, Chief People Officer

Kathleen Pai has served as Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) since March 2021. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, SolarWinds beginning in January 2020. Prior to joining SolarWinds, Ms. Pai served as Vice President, People at Ultimate Software, an HR software solutions and payroll company, from October 2016 until January 2020. Prior to joining Ultimate Software, Ms. Pai held roles at Carnival Cruise Line, Citrix Systems and Lockheed Martin. Ms. Pai serves on the Board of Directors and as the Chair of the Compensation Committee of LiveVox (NASDAQ: LVOX), a contact center software platform provider. Ms. Pai holds a M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida.

Peter C. Anastos, General Counsel and Secretary

Peter C. Anastos has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) since March 2021. Mr. Anastos previously served as General Counsel of Access Information Management, an information management company, from November 2017 to March 2021. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Cynosure from June 2014 to July 2017. Mr. Anastos holds an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.

Vikram Ramesh, Chief Marketing Officer

Vikram Ramesh brings over 25 years of cybersecurity leadership to his role as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at N-able, where he leads a diverse global marketing organization. Ramesh previously served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at N-able and prior to that, CMO of Adlumin, where he spearheaded the transformation of the company's messaging and market positioning, leading to its successful acquisition by N-able in November 2024. Before that, he served as Head of Global Marketing at Google Cloud Security following Google’s $5.4 billion acquisition of Mandiant, where he built the global marketing organization from the ground up as CMO.

Joel Kemmerer, Chief Information Officer

Joel Kemmerer has served as Chief Information Officer, N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) since August 2020. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Kemmerer served as the Vice President of Enterprise Business Applications at SolarWinds. Prior to joining SolarWinds, Mr. Kemmerer held various leadership positions in technology companies, including Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Mr. Kemmerer received his B.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Dave MacKinnon, Chief Security Officer

Dave MacKinnon has over 20 years of experience leading global security teams focused on cybersecurity, incident response, forensics, and threat intelligence across various industries. He started his career in the software build process—keeping security at the forefront—as a developer and product security engineer. Prior to joining N-able, Dave was an IT security leader for AT&T/Warner Media, where he implemented an extensive security program managing complex incident response events. Before that, Dave was head of research and intelligence at PhishMe, reporting directly to the CTO. He also spent time at Internet Security Systems where he was a security consultant and manager of the performance engineering team. As the chief security officer of N-able, Dave is responsible for the information security team, including security incident response; product and application security; and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

Laura DuBois, Group Vice President, Product

Laura DuBois brings over 20 years of experience creating products and services for small and mid-size enterprises to Fortune 50 firms to her role at N-able. At the company, Laura oversees the Product, User Experience and Research teams, leading the organization to deliver innovative solutions that solve customer problems aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. In the past, she held executive leadership positions at private and public companies such as Dell Technologies, International Data Corporation, Hitachi Data Systems and EMC Corporation, helping those organizations achieve market leadership positions in a variety of IT segments. Prior to joining N-able, Laura most recently served as Vice President, Product Management at Dell Technologies, where she led the product teams for its multi-billion dollar Data Protection and Cyber Recovery business.

Manish Kamra, Group Vice President, Engineering

Manish Kamra has served as the Group Vice President of Engineering since September 2022 and leads N-able’s global engineering organization. He has held various executive positions in technology companies and brings over 25 years of leadership experience developing innovative products for cloud, SaaS, big data, mobile phones/tablets, enterprises, carriers/service providers, wireless 3G/4G/5G technologies and Internet of Things (IoT). Before joining N-able, Mr. Kamra served as the Senior Vice President of Software Development at Hootsuite. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Software Development and the Head of CENX Product Development Group at Ericsson. Mr. Kamra holds an M.B.A. from the University of Ottawa and received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mangalore University.
