Executive Management

John Pagliuca, President & CEO

John Pagliuca brings over 20 years of leadership experience to his role, with a significant focus on the software and SaaS marketplace. John serves as chief executive officer of N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) and prior to that served as executive vice president of SolarWinds and president of SolarWinds MSP. He joined SolarWinds with the acquisition of LOGICNow, where he served as chief financial officer. Before joining LOGICNow, John was the vice president of finance and operations of GFI Software and before that, the vice president of finance for Airvana, a leading mobile data software company, where he played key roles in taking Airvana public in 2007 and pushing them over $500M in revenue prior to the company’s acquisition by a private equity firm in 2010. John holds a B.S. in Accounting from Babson College.

Mike Adler, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Product Officer

Mike Adler brings the N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) team over 20 years of experience building software platforms and solutions for customers of all sizes and running large-scale product teams. As the chief technology and product officer, Michael is responsible for the global technology and product organization. In the past, he held executive leadership positions at RSA, Constant Contact, and Symantec, helping those organizations achieve market leadership positions in a variety of industries. Mike holds an M.B.A. from Boston College and a B.S. in Math/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tim O'Brien, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Tim O’Brien brings over 10 years of experience in the high-tech space to his role, and has been instrumental in improving operational efficiencies across the business. Tim joined N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) with the acquisition of LOGICnow, where he served as director of finance and operations. Prior to LOGICnow, Tim held finance positions at Airvana and Teradyne. Tim holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University.

Frank Colletti, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Frank Colletti brings over 20 years of sales leadership to his position and has been integral to the success and year-over-year growth of both the N-central product and the company's partner community since joining N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) in 2003. Frank and his team were also instrumental in expanding the international adoption of N-central to include Australia, New Zealand, Germany, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, and the UK. Previously, Frank was regional sales manager for Solidum/IDT, where he managed North American and international sales and played a pivotal role in the company's acquisition by IDT.

Kathleen Pai, Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer

Kathleen Pai is responsible for driving the global people strategy for N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP), along with overseeing people operations, business partners, total rewards, talent acquisition, talent development, internal communications and engagement programs to support the company's continued growth. Previously, Kathleen was Chief People Officer at SolarWinds, and before that she served as Vice President of People at Ultimate Software. In 2021, she won a Bronze Stevie Award as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year for Great Employers, which recognizes the world's best Human Resources professionals who create and drive great places to work. Kathleen also won the won the 2018 Human Resources Excellence Award from South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine, recognizing her as a distinguished HR professional who built and nurtured talent and elevated companies to the top of their industries. Kathleen serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Compensation Committee at LiveVox, a contact center software platform provider. She holds a M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida.

Peter C. Anastos, Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Peter Anastos brings over 20 years of general counsel experience to his role, having previously served in senior leadership roles in legal and human resource functions for both private and public companies across various industries. Peter leads the legal and corporate development functions at N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP). Prior to joining N-able, Peter most recently served as general counsel at Access Information Management, a leading records and information management company, and Cynosure, Inc., a leading laser medical device company before its acquisition by Hologic, Inc. in 2017. Before that, Peter served as general counsel at Airvana, Inc., where Peter played a key role in its successful IPO in 2007, subsequent acquisition by a private equity firm in 2010, and following sale to a strategic buyer in 2013. Mr. Anastos holds an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.

Jeff Nulsen, Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Jeff Nulsen leads the marketing efforts for N-able as the chief marketing officer. He believes great people and a great culture build great products, customer experiences, and careers. Jeff has held various senior leadership roles, bringing with him a deep expertise in the marketing and product fields. Most recently, Jeff was the chief marketing officer at Bluehost, and before that, he served as the vice president of product management and marketing at Vistaprint.

Kevin Bury, Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer

Kevin Bury brings decades of experience and a passion for building and leading high-performance teams that help customers solve their most pressing challenges. Prior to his role with N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP), Kevin led the customer experience teams for SolarWinds for seven years. Those teams introduced several award-winning, customer-focused programs, including the SolarWinds Academy, Smart Start assisted onboarding, the Customer Success Center, and Customer Success Managers. Previously, he held chief executive officer positions at two high-growth tech companies—guiding QuickArrow to a successful acquisition by NetSuite and Affiniscape to a successful acquisition by Riverside Capital. Kevin also ran the global software-as-service business unit for HP, growing it into one of the most successful teams.

Joel Kemmerer, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Joel Kemmerer has served as Chief Information Officer, N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) since August 2020. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Kemmerer served as the Vice President of Enterprise Business Applications at SolarWinds. Prior to joining SolarWinds, Mr. Kemmerer held various leadership positions in technology companies, including Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Mr. Kemmerer received his B.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Mike Cullen, Group Vice President, Partner Enablement

Mike Cullen brings over 25 years of corporate sales experience to the company and has assembled an equally experienced sales force. Prior to joining N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP), Mike was vice president of sales (Ottawa Branch) and interim president of the Québec region for IKON Office Solutions, where he helped grow the business from $3.5 million to $25 million in just five years. Previously, Mike co-founded Fulline Office Products and held the role of vice president of sales. Mike also previously held progressively senior sales management positions with Canon and Pitney Bowes.

Dave MacKinnon, Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer

Dave MacKinnon has over 20 years of experience leading global security teams focused on cybersecurity, incident response, forensics, and threat intelligence across various industries. He started his career in the software build process—keeping security at the forefront—as a developer and product security engineer. Prior to joining N-able, Dave was an IT security leader for AT&T/Warner Media, where he implemented an extensive security program managing complex incident response events. Before that, Dave was head of research and intelligence at PhishMe, reporting directly to the CTO. He also spent time at Internet Security Systems where he was a security consultant and manager of the performance engineering team. As the chief security officer of N-able, Dave is responsible for the information security team, including security incident response; product and application security; and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

Johannes Kamleitner, Vice President, Global Channel Sales

Johannes Kamleitner oversees all global indirect business. Johannes has a wealth of experience in IT and has held various senior leadership positions, both in running global software companies as well as worldwide distribution businesses. Prior to joining N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP), Johannes was senior vice president and general manager at GFI Software, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and finance. Before that, Johannes was the director of SMB channel EMEA for Ingram Micro, where he successfully developed and implemented a European SMB strategy that delivered a significant increase in revenue and market coverage across the region. He started his career working for Hewlett Packard in different sales and marketing roles on a national and regional level.

Sara Foley, Vice President, Product Management

Sara Foley has served as Vice President, Product Management, N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP) since July 2019. Mrs. Foley joined SolarWinds with its acquisition of LogicNow in May 2016, where she served as Sr. Director, Product Management through 2019. Prior to joining LogicNow, Mrs. Foley held Product Management roles at Webroot and ColdSpark, Inc. Sara graduated Magna Cum Laude from Illinois State University with a double major in Applied Computer Science and Industrial Technology.
